I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

How long does shipping take?

We pack and ship out orders between 1-3 business days. We'll send you a tracking number to track your order once shipped. We're here 24/7 for any inquiries regarding your orders.

What is your return Policy?

No risk!

You have 30 days to know if your product suits you or not. If not, we will refund you.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. 

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. 

    What if I typed the wrong email address?

    Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers. 

    How secure is my online order?

    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

    What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

    If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

    How do I return an item?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will respond to you right away.

    What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

    Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible. 

    When will I receive my refund?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 2-5 business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
